Chief Financial Officer

This position oversees all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the County and is responsible to plan, control, design and implement all financial activities in compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board accounting standards, regulations and legal requirements. Responsible for the development of reports, financial statements, coordination of external audit and actionable recommendations on both organizational strategy and operations.  Functions reporting to this position include accounting, payroll, accounts payable and budget.

Repeal of Boil Water Advisory – Brentfield Drive

Clarendon County advises the residents of Brentfield Drive that they no longer need to boil their
water prior to drinking or cooking.
Following an intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and
analyzed by Clarendon County . The results of this sampling indicate that the system is now safe to
use for drinking and cooking purposes.

Boil Water Advisory – Brentfield Drive

Clarendon County advises the residents of the Brentfield Drive to vigorously boil water for at one (1)
full minute prior to drinking or cooking.
A drop in system pressure in the water system has resulted in a loss of service to Brentfield Drive.
There has not been confirmed contamination of the system. However, because of the loss of
pressure, customers are advised to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to
drinking or cooking until otherwise notified by Clarendon County. Also, any ice made from the water
that has not been boiled should not be used for drinking purposes.

Part Time Assistant

Under limited supervision, performs assigned activities involved in the collection, organization, preservation and public access of historically significant items and records related to Clarendon County and surrounding areas. Reports to the County Archivist.

Criminal Court Administrator – Felony

The primary duties will include, but not limited to primarily responsible for the daily operation of the criminal court (felony) within the magistrate court. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to: preparation and distribution of warrants, filing, scheduling for criminal court, notification to law enforcement officials, victims and defendants of trial dates and times, accurate disposition of warrants after trial and maintenance of a filing system regarding warrants. .

Clarendon County Water and Sewer Department advises the residents of Lemon Avenue, located in Clarendon County, to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute prior to drinking or cooking.

Repeal of Boil Water Notice – Caine Lane

The Clarendon County Water and Sewer Department advises the residents of Caine Lane that they no longer need to boil their water prior to drinking or cooking. Bacteriological
samples were from the drinking water system serving the community. The results of this sampling indicated that the system is now safe to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
