PART TIME STAGE HANDS

Responsible for a variety of behind-the-scenes functions, including but not exclusive to setting up sound and lighting, moving and storing sets, setting up podiums, microphones, tables and chairs, and cleanup before and after events.  Physical labor at times is intensive. Hours may be irregular and include working mornings, afternoons, weeknights and/or weekends and sometimes on short notice. Requires a high school diploma. Work experience involving sound and recording equipment and live streaming would be a plus. Must be capable of following instructions without supervision and work well with others.  Reports to the Director.

PART TIME RECREATION ATTENDANT

Will be responsible for monitoring a variety of recreation activities at the Recreation Center on a part time basis. Responsible for checking out and checking in sports equipment when applicable. Assist in setting up for classes and/or activities if needed. Be knowledgeable of programs and events offered, also answer questions. Assist Recreation Center Manager with Special Events. Must demonstrate a positive attitude with the public and staff. Possess good working knowledge of computers. Must possess a valid SC driver’s license. Requires a High School diploma/GED. First Aid and CPR certified or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, sometimes on short notice. Reports to the Recreation Center Manager.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECH

Under general supervision, performs a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks in and around county operated buildings. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Reports to the Facilities Manager.
